3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all locations within the United States.
  • International Shipping: Currently unavailable. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
  • For international customers, all duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery notification, and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Z-HOM is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
