Refund Policy
The refund policy applies only to purchases made through z-homliving.com. If you need assistance with a purchase made on another platform, please don’t hesitate to contact walmart@z-homliving.com.
Order Cancellations
If you cancel your order before it is shipped or produced, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order once the product has been shipped.
Returns
We accept returns on products purchased through z-homliving.com. Customers have the right to request a return within 90 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before contact us.
Customers will only be charged for shipping once (including return shipping), and no restocking fees will apply to returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund appears.
