Limited Warranty for purchases on z-homliving.com

Coverage periods

  • Sofa products: 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • Mattresses and bed frames: 5 years from the date of purchase.

  • Beddings and pillows: 1 year from the date of purchase.

What this warranty covers

This limited warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials when the product is used for its intended residential purpose and under normal use. If a covered defect occurs, we will repair the item, provide replacement parts, or, if repair is not possible, replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.

Definitions

  • Beddings means sheets, duvet covers, mattress protectors, blankets and similar textile bedding items.

  • Pillows are treated separately from bedding and carry their own one year warranty. If you want pillows listed as part of a bedding bundle in your order, they are still covered under the one year pillow warranty.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic fading, stains or surface wear.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper assembly, incorrect installation, or failure to follow product instructions.

  • Damage from pets, water, smoke, fire or other environmental causes.

  • Damage from modifications, alterations or repairs by anyone other than an authorized Z HOM representative.

  • Products used for commercial or rental purposes.

  • Any product for which the original proof of purchase cannot be provided.

If a product is altered or used in a way inconsistent with its intended purpose, the warranty is void.

How to make a warranty claim

If you believe your product has a covered defect, please contact our support team with the following information:

  1. Order number and purchase date.

  2. Product name or model.

  3. Clear photos showing the defect and the product in the setting where it is used.

  4. A short description of the issue.

  5. Your full name and the shipping address tied to the order.

Email your claim to service@z-homliving.com. After we receive your claim we will review the information and reply with next steps. We may request additional photos or information, and we will coordinate repair, replacement parts, or a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Important details

  • This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

  • Remedies under this warranty are limited to repair, replacement parts, replacement product, or refund as described above.

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary by state or country.
