Try your Z-HOM mattress risk free for 100 nights. Your trial period begins the day your mattress is delivered to your home, so you get the full break-in period to sleep on it and decide if it’s right for you. If you’re not satisfied, return it within the 100-night window for a refund.

How to start a return

Email our support team at service@z-homliving.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.

We’ll provide simple return instructions and arrange pickup or a return label where applicable.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Returns that show normal break-in wear are accepted; returns for soiled or damaged items are not eligible.

Any applicable return shipping fees or removal fees will be communicated during the return process.
